Organic vegetable of the day made with creamy cashew milk with a slice of almond toast or onion bread  


Cream of Mushroom - Cream of Celery  - Cream of Carrot  - Cream of Tomato  - 'Roasted' Red Pepper & Hemp



Raw soft onion bread or Almond Toast filled with tomato and avocado, greens and olive oil

Large Pizza Slice with Salad


Sil’s Famous Pizza is made in a base of sprouted gluten-free buckwheat and golden linseeds.


Takes up to 2 days to prepare. It’s topped with hand cracked cashew cheese, raw black olives, oregano and delicious vegetable toppings of the day






Carrot Goji Cake - agave-free, soft and comforting. Made with goji flour, sun dried coconut and chocolate icing


Vanilla Cherry Cheesecake - soft ad silky made with raw hand cracked cashew nuts with a delicious walnut mesquite coconut sugar biscuit crust.


Ice Creams: dairy-free, vegan, sugar-free. Made of cashews and agave nectar topped with chocolate or warm banana caramel sauce.




Teas:  Organic Cinnamon - Caffeine-free Fair Trade Raw Black Tea with Almond Milk or Raw Warm Tea of the Day

Cappuccino:  dairy-free, made from frothy almond milk, tiger nuts, cinnamon and sun dried cacao beans
